My Inhealthcare

My Inhealthcare is a quick and simple way for you to manage your health. The app connects you directly to your nurse or doctor so your health indicators can be managed on the go, without having to attend appointments.

It can be used to record data provided from approved external devices for a range of conditions including atrial fibrillation, thrombosis, diabetes, obesity and of vital signs including blood pressure, heart rate and SpO2.

The app is easy to use and has been designed in collaboration with clinicians and patients. It allows you to record your health readings from approved external devices including:

- INR levels and warfarin dosages

- Vital signs including heart rate, blood pressure and SpO2

- Blood glucose levels for diabetics

- Weight

The app enables you to:

- Send health indicators directly to your GP or nurse

- Review historic readings and results over time

- Receive new dosage instructions from your GP or nurse

- Set reminders to take medication

- Set reminders to take your health reading

- Keep a daily diary of how you are doing

You need to be referred to the My Inhealthcare app by your healthcare professional and then use it under their direction. If you have any concerns with your health, please contact your doctor or nurse directly.
